"Run for the Fallen" 5k walk/run

This year our 5k Walk/Run to honor our Fallen Heroes will be held on August 20, at the Cleveland High school track, same place as last year. Please come and help us support our military for the sacrifices they have given so honorably. See the link at the top of the page or click here to register.

Monthly Meeting

Our monthly Blue Star Mothers meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at Parkrose Chateau, located at 3141 NE 148th Ave, Portland, Oregon 97230. Meetings begin at 6PM.

Opening day of the Columbia River Yacht season  was a fun time for all.  Thank you to CRYA once again for another exciting time. This year The CRYA hosted over 60 Blue and Gold Star Families which included some 163 people. Thank you CRYA.

" Home Sweet Home " October, 2010

Our joint effort with Kelly Moore Paint was a great success. We packed 20 boxes to send to troops abroad.The items were collected at the stores and then presented to the Blue Star Mothers. A surprise donation included 16 more cases of playing cards that will also provide our troops many hours of enjoyment. Thank you to Kelly Moore Paint. We know our troops will enjoy all of these items.
